Most people start the new year with wonderful resolutions, only to get discouraged and let them go a couple months later. I do not believe that resolutions work for most individuals, simply because we are for the most part not strong enough to follow through. However, I do believe that by making some adjustments it is possible to live every day to the fullest and to enjoy life even if circumstances don’t look good.

Do you know that not everything that is labeled Vitamin C is actually good for you? Most products in grocery stores and even health food stores that are sold as Vitamin C may not give you many benefits at all. The reason for that is that they are not made of whole foods but the isolated nutrient ascorbic acid.

In the recent years we have been hearing a lot about all sorts of flu pandemics (out of control influenza virus, bird flu, avian flu, swine flu,.…) that have gotten the world worried. But does that mean YOU have to be worried? ABSOLUTELY NOT! As long as you understand some basics about your body, health and nutrition and as long as you turn this knowledge into practice, you have no reason to worry about getting ill, not even during the flu season.
