Chinese philosophy is all about balance. Foods are classified by taste, color, and their thermic nature. Consequently, meals are supposed to reflect a perfect balance of each of these groups. If one flavor, color and thermic nature is used too much or too little, the body can get out of balance. According to traditional Chinese philosophy, diseases are invited by neglecting basic nutritional and lifestyle principles.

Are you truly healthy? Do you know what truly healthy really means? How much would it be worth to you to be vibrantly healthy? I firmly believe that it is possible for the majority of people to achieve that state if they really want to and are committed to follow the right road.
